Bring 1 liter of water to a boil with the vegetable stock powder and bay leaves, add the soy curls, and cook 10-15 minutes until soft; drain in a colander and press out most of the liquid.

  • 2 whole โ€” bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp โ€” oil
  • ½ tbsp โ€” soy sauce or tamari
  • ½ tsp โ€” smoked paprika
  • 1 whole โ€” onion
  • 8⅞ oz โ€” mushrooms
  • 2 clove โ€” garlic
  • 1 tsp โ€” onion powder
  • 6⅛ fl oz โ€” vegan cream
  • 1½ tbsp โ€” cornstarch
  • 4 fl oz โ€” white wine
  • 1 pinch โ€” sea salt pepper and chili flakes
  • 1 whole โ€” fresh parsley
  • 1 whole โ€” spaetzle noodles or rice
