  • 1 pinch โ€” Kala namak and turmeric
  • ⅔ cup โ€” Water
  • ½ whole โ€” Onion
  • 1 whole โ€” Bell pepper
  • ⅓ cup โ€” Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp โ€” Fresh herbs
  • 1 whole โ€” Oil to fry
