  • 1 whole โ€” leek
  • 2 clove โ€” Garlic
  • 1 cup โ€” basmati rice
  • 2 cup โ€” water or stock
  • 2 bunch โ€” spinach
  • 2 tbsp โ€” lemon juice
  • 1 handful โ€” Dill
  • 1 handful โ€” parsley
  • ½ tsp โ€” sea salt
