To make Hummus, in a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, pepper to taste, salt (if using), and 2 tablespoons water, and process until uniformly smooth.

  • 1½ tbsp โ€” lemon juice
  • ½ tsp โ€” Turmeric
  • 12 whole โ€” red potato
  • 1 pinch โ€” Paprika Spice
  • 1 whole โ€” green onion
  • 1 whole โ€” Kale
  • 1 whole โ€” green onion hummus
