  • ½ cup โ€” Celery
  • 3 clove โ€” Garlic
  • 1 whole โ€” bay leaf
  • 2 cup โ€” vegetable broth or water
  • 1 can โ€” tomatoes
  • 1 can โ€” jackfruit
  • 1 can โ€” red kidney beans
  • 1 cup โ€” brown rice
  • 1 tbsp โ€” Creole seasoning
  • 1½ tsp โ€” lemon juice
  • 1 whole โ€” salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp โ€” parsley
