In a large skillet cook frozen vegetables and garlic over medium 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding water, 1 to 2 tablespoons at a time, as needed to prevent sticking.

  • 1 tbsp โ€” lime juice
  • 2 tsp โ€” Ginger
  • 1 tsp โ€” maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp โ€” red pepper flakes
  • ⅛ tsp โ€” white pepper
  • 1 tbsp โ€” extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cup โ€” farro
  • 3 cup โ€” Kale
  • ¼ cup โ€” scallion
  • 2 tbsp โ€” Sesame Seeds
